Es könnte besser geputzt sein, Fernsehen funktioniert nicht richtig, Willkommensgetränk war nicht vorhanden, kleine Flasche Wasser für 4 Personen, Kapselmaschine für Kaffee nicht umweltfreundlich

It was right where I had to be, on top of Deutsche Bank branch. Easy to reach all locations I needed to go. Everything I needed was available. I could find free parking. Extremely friendly communication and interaction, you feel welcome and understood.
I overlooked it was 3. floor and it was difficult for me, handicapped senior citizen, to get up the stairs. Getting all luggage up was a challenge. Unloading in the rain was on the road as the entry to the courtyard was locked. I did not see the sign for the residence's entry at the backside of the building. Could have been more visible. I would have needed some more hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom. The railway station is right opposite, so we could hear every train passing by, main track from North to South. At night it was best to close the windows and fresh air would have been nice.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich gross, wirkte auf uns allerdings etwas achtlos.
Es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die den Unterschied machen: kleine Küchenzeile voller Fingerabdrücke; verkalkter Wasserkocher; abgelaufene Kaffeesahne; viel zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck (z.B. 3 Kaffeetassen, wenige Teller, kaum Schüsseln, ...); Kaffeemaschine und Kocher ohne Stromanschluss in der Nähe (mussten zur Küchenzeile getragen werden); verstaubte Heizkörper; Seifenspender leer oder so verdünnt, dass die Seife wässrig war, ...
