We loved our Villa. It had a full kitchen, modern bathroom and super comfortable bed just steps from our pool. The beach isn’t great but just walk about 5 minutes to the pier and catch a long tail boat to Railay Beach. It’s only 100 baht a person and runs all day. There are plenty of boats to hop on for the 15 minute ride. Make sure to come back before they stop the regular group fares otherwise you will have to pay 800 baht for a private long tail.
As stated earlier, the beach isn’t great, but it’s an easy commute to Railay Beach.

Sea View is good, walkable to pier & 1 good restaurant Kodam 5 minutes walk
Property didn’t share any toothbrushes & toothpaste basic needs you’ve to buy earlier We stayed in 2 bedroom Villa for 4 days, as we extended our trip for 1 more day - they gave 2 single room villa & Aircon was not working with lizards around, called maintenance to check still didn’t work
