L'appartamento è molto vicino alla fermata della metro (5 minuti) e in una zona centrale, comoda a ristoranti/supermercati/panifici. Appartamento pulito, cucina completa di tutto.
La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata veloce e sempre disponibile.

Trattasi di un monolocale molto luminoso e molto accogliente. Presente tutto il necessario per la cucina (compresa macchina del caffè, tostapane, asciugacapelli). Letto matrimoniale oltre a divano letto. Quartiere vivace, caratteristico con tutto a distanza a piedi, compresa la metropolitana (linea 9) per andare direttamente a Parigi centro. A 15 minuti a piedi il parco di Vincennes col suo castello.
