A little hiccup at check-in but Mr. Jones went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure that we were comfortable. We spent 9 nights in town to help care for our mother who was just diagnosed with cancer. We could not have asked for a more perfect spot to come home to every night. Thank you for such a tranquil space that provided all the necessary amenities. Mr. Jones is a hospitable host.

The outside property and neighborhood were nice.
Inside was smaller than anticipated. Bedrooms we ok as far as cleanliness but the beds not very comfortable with sagging mattresses.
We knew there was only one bathroom.... however the water in the shower was luke warm at best when turned on all the way.
Overall... it was good, not great but suited our needs. Thank you

The check in process was very easy. When I entered the property it was apparent the place was VERY dated. It was obvious they spent as little money as possible to furnish it. I went in every bedroom and there wasn’t one dresser in any of them. In the closet, there were 4 hangers. Where are you supposed to put your clothes. All of the mattresses are thin and extremely uncomfortable. When I checked the downstairs windows, all of them were unlocked and some were open. I say this, because it’s not the safest neighborhood. The street the house is on seems very nice, but that’s it. The place did have a tv in every room, hot shower water and a full size ironing board which was great. There is also ample parking in the driveway. I didn’t have any issues with noise at night or in the morning. The place is very basic! I’m sure that it can work for some people, but I won’t stay there in the future. I just want to give future renters an honest review.
