About this house rental
A luxury of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. A large play area with a large bouncy house for the little ones and a air hockey table for all ages. A very spacious kitchen with an eating area that will sit everyone comfortably. A walk out patio that you can enjoy grilling or just relax in the sun while others enjoy the outdoor trampoline, volleyball net, children swings and a bonfire pit.. 10 minute drive to Koontz lake for great fishing spots or 15 min drive to culver lake for the beach and swimming as well as beautiful restaurants, ice-cream and bars.. 25 minute drive to Tippecanoe River for floating, kayaking and canoeing. Tippecanoe also has kayak and canoe rentals available!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious property! The house was very clean upon arrival, and there was plenty of room for our large group. Each bedroom, except for two that shared a bathroom, had an en suite, which was very convenient. The living areas were comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy, and the entertainment amenities were a nice touch.The host was responsive and quick to address any issues, making the experience even more enjoyable.A few things to note: the listing doesn’t mention that there are other residents on the property, which was a surprise. Also, the entire space is on the second floor, so it could be challenging for those with mobility issues or for carrying heavy bags up the stairs. The layout has the playroom at the top of the stairs, which could be risky for young kids running back and forth. A baby gate in this area would be helpful.Lastly, the shower in the shared bathroom was very slippery and leaked, making it slightly dangerous to use. It would be great if this could be addressed.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it, especially for larger groups. Just be mindful of the stairs, layout, and shower if traveling with small kids or anyone with mobility issues.

Nice house, however in the VRBO listing it does not say that the owners are also living there in the bottom floor.
