Beautiful home away home! 17 mins driving to Swartz Bay ferry terminal and Airport;10 mins walking distance to Cordova Bay beach public access; one step to Doumac Park with forest, which is a great place to have a walk in the deep woods; 2 mins to famous biking trail—lochside which is down south to downtown and up north to Sidney( a beautiful place you can’t miss it); 10 mins driving to Elk lake that with 10km loop trail; 10 mins walking to beach house restaurant. 10 mins driving to local farms, etc.
