Our Mayfair apartments are located in the middle of North Audley Street. The stunning red brick buildings are in the heart of one of London's most prestigious areas, built in the 19th Century and epitomises the historic splendour of late Victorian London. This exclusive street in Mayfair, W1 is tucked behind the bustle of Oxford Street just a few minutes' walk from Bond Street Tube station, Selfridges and with Hyde Park in view, so it remains peaceful and calm. Some of London's best restaurants are on your doorstep, and we are happy to recommend places for you to eat, drink and socialise.
*Please note this flat is located on the second floor and can be accessed via lift although there are 8 stairs from the lift landing to apartment entry. As a requirement of staying with us you will be asked to provide a copy of a verified government ID for all guests listed on the booking prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note from the 2nd Feb - 4th June 2026 there will be resurfacing works taking place on the street. The works will be carried out between 08.00am and 16.30pm Monday - Friday *

We had the most amazing time at this Mayfair property!! It was the perfect size and the amenities were amazing. We took the tube to most of the sights around London, amazing shopping, and restaurants close by. And Lorraine and Silvia were incredible hosts. We will be back and highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment in London! The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from great restaurants, Bond Street, and the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-furnished, and stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Lorraine was incredibly helpful and always accessible, promptly addressing any questions or requests we had. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!

This was probably one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The pictures were 100% accurate, Rita who was helping while Lorraine was gone was extremely helpful in the check in process, suggesting restaurants, groceries and shopping and anything else we needed while we were there. We will definitely stay there again.
