Free car parking: street or parking in the immediate vicinity. Come and enjoy this fully renovated apartment in an old trimmings factory dating from 1850, housing the comfortable furnished apartment and the owners' house. Nestled in a quiet area, with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, you will be a stone's throw from the Loire gorges, but also from the city of St-Etienne: its attractions, its amenities and its many cultural and leisure facilities. With a full southern exposure and beautiful openings, the apartment is bright and has a warm character! During your meals, your moments of relaxation, you can enjoy the pretty terrace facing the Saint-Etienne countryside. The owners will be happy to welcome you and guide you in your activities and your travels! To make your stay even more pleasant, charges and heating are included, the beds are made on your arrival and towels are provided.
