Welcome to our charming country living Estate Airbnb! Nestled in the heart of Chautauqua County wine country, our 40 acre retreat offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views, you'll wake up to the sound of birds chirping and gentle breezes rustling through the trees.
Our property features a rustic yet modern farmhouse that accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. The interior is tastefully decorated with a touch of farmhouse chic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is uniquely placed one minute from the world famous Cattaraugus Creek steelhead capital of the east and 5 minute from Sunset Bay, Beach Club/ Cabana Sam’s beachfront restaurant/bar. We are also 8 minutes from Synder Beach. 2 minutes to Seneca Gaming & Entertainment Casino. 35 minutes from downtown Buffalo. 50 minutes from Niagara Falls. Several golf courses within an 8 mile radius. Several wineries including Willow Creek Winery. We are located right off I90 exit 58.
