This modern studio seats in 1.7 acres property in Marysville, WA about 35 miles north from downtown Seattle near everything you need from the city and the peace of nature.
Groceries stores, Cedarcrest golf course, lake Stevens, and more amazing places and activities to explore.
We have designed this place for our guests to feel comfortable and have an great experience.

The space
The bedroom is very spacious, has a queen bed, very comfortable mattress, full body mirror, windows sun shades, basic elements to prepare a meal, electric heater, AC available.
Clean bedsheets and blankets provided, towels…
Guest access
The property has a private entry road by 64th st.
Access will be provided a day before checking.
Check in at 3:00 pm
Check out at 11 am
Other things to note
-No smoking inside the studio
-One small trained dog is allowed
-No allowed to have pets on the couch or bed
-Please take the dog out to pee
-If you’re staying for more than a week, take the garbage down to the entry way where the garbage truck picks it up every Thursday morning
- After 9 pm not laud music allowed
- You can walk around the property and explore our forest, please do not disturb other guests in the adjacent houses.
- Maximum parking spot for 2 cars right on the studio entryway. Do not block the others lines.

Nice accommodations for just a place to sleep for us. Convenient location close to family we were visiting in the area. Used mainly for sleeping as we spent most of our time with family. Very nice bath/laundry room area. Enjoyed walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. We were a bit surprised

Very comfortable bed, good AC in bedroom, good bedding & towels. Need to replace the couch as it is too low and can be a struggle to get off of and a couple of springs would hit on body and be uncomfortable. Needs a coffee table in living room to have a place to put beverages. Kitchen bar stools look great in the picture but are not very comfortable. BBQ outside but no place to sit outside. Nice private driveway and quiet neighbors.

Difficult to find, some things not working, no washcloths, shower leaks. Convenient to family.
