Comfortable studio with a mezzanine, a few steps from the historic centre of Bologna.
The flat is located on the third floor of a building without lift and features a modern, well-arranged décor. The living area boasts a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a kettle. A staircase then leads to the loft, where a double bed is located. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
*The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.
The central train station is 2 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Perfect for me - I was traveling for a course. The kitchen was well equipped but it's also very close to many nice restaurants, location was perfect. Clean and well kept, just as pictured.

This apartment is located outside the tourist area of Bologna which was nice because it was quiet! There are several restaurants nearby and little cafes and a grocery store just down the street. Downtown was about a 20 min walk and we were well-situated to do the walk to the Santuario Madonna Di San Luca, less than 10 minutes to the Porta Saragozza. We ended up renting a car and parked at the Tanari lot which was less than 25 minutes to walk. Train station was about the same distance away. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we really didn’t need much as we ate out all the time. Having a washing machine was great. Please note that the stairs to the loft are unusual and might be difficult for kids or those with mobility issues. The communication with Wonderful Italy was easy and their agent met us upon arrival. I would recommend and would stay again.
