About this apartment rental
The apartment was renovated at the beginning of 2022, it is only 40 meters from the sea in the port area and 3 minutes walk from the best beaches. The construction of this building dates back to the end of the 16th century, when it was born as a residence for fishermen and coral workers from Sammargherite. . At the end of the 19th century it was the residence of a Cardinal (as demonstrated by the symbol that still appears on the door jamb). The furniture is original from the old Navy in real marine mahogany and with parts derived from the demolition of old cruise ships. Do you want a comfortable holiday, without worries about transport, services and heavy suitcases? This apartment is right for you because, favored by an independent and exclusive entrance, it has only one flight of stairs and a door where you can leave your luggage before going up and possibly after check-out if you want to go around the village. Elegant, completely refurbished. 21 cm high mattress with Memory Foam and Aloe. Located in the heart of the historic center, on the sea promenade. Other things to keep in mind: The tourist tax (municipal tax of €2.00/person/day) is not included in the booking price and must be paid in cash upon check-in. WiFi line provides ~10GB/night stay. The 4th bed is obtained from a sofa in the living room (with a 20 cm mattress). Air conditioning is present everywhere (except bathroom and kitchen). Cleanliness has always been one of the strong points of our management; now more than ever attention is paid to this feature and we also use specific sanitizing products. In the apartment there are also bottles of sanitizing gel or liquid. The possible possibility, for a fee, of having a parking space in the garage below (medium-sized cars) can be evaluated in a manner to be agreed. Equipped with every comfort (Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning in some rooms, Washing machine, Dishwasher) and a pleasant sea view from the living room windows.

Availability is for the whole apartment. The hosts will be happy to be of assistance to you for any need you may have, both in terms of logistics and to increase the pleasantness of your stay. There are free car parks in rotation at 40 meters and paid covered car parks in the immediate vicinity (240 meters).
