The bedrooms include a super-king-size with en-suite shower and a family room with. A super-king-size and single bed, serviced by bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed courtyard with hot tub and furniture and ample off-road parking. Within 6.9 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Please note, one pet is allowed but sorry, no smoking. The towns of Dulverton and Tiverton are close by and offer plenty of amenities, plus there are many country pursuits on offer in this rural area, including fishing on the two reservoirs at Wimbleball and Clatworthy, Exmoor safaris through dramatic windswept moors, walking the Exe Valley Way, horseriding across the moor and cycling along the Lowman Way. Further afield is the beautiful North Devon coastline with stunning walks, small coves, sandy beaches and views across to Wales. Bampton provides an ideal base for exploring North Devon and the Exmoor National Park.

We had a week away staying at The Farm Office Tiverton.
Very relaxing and despite the horrid weather managed to use the hot tub a couple of times.
No visitors book to give feed back on..so a side table to put a glass or cup on would be good🙏
