Beautiful and charming one-bedroom Victorian townhouse with a private courtyard garden.
The space
The property is arranged over two floors, with the ground floor comprising a light and spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, and the first floor comprising a double bedroom and a bathroom. Stylishly decorated using a palette of white, blonde wood and pale green accents, the property has a light and bright feel to it. There is dining seating for four, living seating for two/three and outdoor seating for two. The living room leads onto a fully equipped kitchen, which leads out through French doors to a private courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an over-bath shower.
Guest access
Please note that this property is managed by the owner. Once the booking has been taken, your contact details will be passed to the owner of the property and they will be your point of contact throughout your stay. The owner will also provide you with check in/out instructions and will provide any assistance with queries during your stay.
Rentals commence, unless otherwise arranged with the agent, at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure. Any departure after this time, unless previously agreed, will incur a late departure surcharge of £45.
An extra charge of £25 will be payable for abortive appointments, due to the tenants failing to honor the agreed time
Other things to note
Pets allowed - £50.00 allergy clean will be requested.

Wow!! This place is tiny and absolutely adorable. The design is fantastic, with lots of windows and an efficient layout that makes the space feel much bigger than it is. It's super clean and well-maintained, with a lovely patio perfect for relaxing. The cottage is equipped with all the appliances, dishes, amenities, and even a washer/dryer, making it a convenient and comfortable stay.
The location can't be beat—it's perfect for exploring the area. It's best suited for couples looking for a cozy and romantic getaway. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

Lovely quiet spot with comfortable bed and lovely patio area. Compact but perfect size for a short stay
As it was a short stay we had parking which was appreciated and it is very near lovely cafes and bars and only 10 minutes walk from the centre.
Only tiny things I would mention - kitchen tap just needs a new washer and would have liked to recycle but no info on how to do that
Would return
