About this house rental
We offer this house for rent in Lanvallay, less than 50 metres from the Ille et Rance canal and 150 metres from the port and historic centre of Dinan. This charming 62 m² house can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Conveniently located in a peaceful setting, it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A 13 m² utility room, where you can store your bicycles
- A separate WC
On the first floor
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Second floor
- A children's bedroom with four single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, cordless hoover, etc.
The house is ideally located in Lanvallay, in very pleasant surroundings close to the Vieux Port de Dinan and the Canal d'Ille et Rance. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street near the accommodation.
There is also a pay car park "Plaine du Port" 6 minutes away on foot / 3 minutes by car. Parking is free from 12pm to 2pm, 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Dinan station, 21 minutes on foot, 6 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit Dinard airport, about 25 minutes away
- DINAMO bus service (DINAN AGGLO) runs Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8pm. Its 5 routes take you from the centres of Dinan-Léhon, Taden, Quévert, Lanvallay and Trélivan to Dinan SNCF station, public services, shopping centres, business and residential areas, etc., all free of charge.
Other comments:
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are included (beds made on arrival, towels, bath mats and tea towels).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Mézange Bleue "We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It’s in a gorgeous location with a wonderful walk up to Dinan.
We did think the staircase was a bit extreme - we felt nervous for our 5 year old to use it, and it was tricky for us as adults when we carried our baby. So maybe not for people with small children or people who are not very steady on their feet. It’s also pretty narrow!
The rest of the place is lovely and spacious, but some things need a bit of TLC, such as some faucets, some of the drawers which do not shut properly etc. nothing major.
Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen which made cooking for the family very straightforward. Communication was great and the host was very kind to let us into the flat earlier than normal because they had no one staying directly before.
There’s a lovely neighbourhood with a great boulangerie in walking distance. The walk to Lehon is also not to be missed.
Overall we had a really lovely stay."
