Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 85 m² house for rent in Ifs, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you !

- Bathroom with bath and WC
Exterior :
- A 21m² terrace, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Ifs, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...

Come and discover Caen, the city of the Dukes of Normandy. Classified as a Ville d'Art et d'Histoire (City of Art and History), despite the bombings of June 1944, the city has preserved its architectural heritage. The château of William the Conqueror, the Abbey-aux-Hommes, the Abbey-aux-Dames, the Musée de Normandie and the many shows and concerts on offer in the town make up a rich cultural offering. And let's not forget the Caen Memorial museum, a unique place for reflection on conflict and peacekeeping.
The "Le lux" cinema offers themed evenings and events throughout the year.
You can also enjoy a large green park close to the accommodation.
