- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge area with 2 convertible sofas for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and practicality.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Wifi, Television, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Refrigerator...
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from metro station line 13 "Brochant", and you'll find plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
For your everyday needs, you'll find an Intermarché "Franprix" just a 4-minute walk away.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make Paris famous, such as :
- The Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre (20 minutes by public transport) ;
- Le Mur des Je t'aime (21 minutes on foot);

The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.
