PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
- Outside, you'll enjoy an outdoor living area for 6, the pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, and even a ping pong table.
- Two parking spaces are also available.
- This vacation home is spread over two levels:
Ground Floor:
- A spacious double living room of over 70m² opening directly onto the outdoor terrace area
- A large fully equipped kitchen with a bar, perfect for early evening aperitifs
- A library, an office space, and a shower room
First Floor:
- Three spacious bedrooms with double beds
- A beautiful bathroom with a corner bathtub and sea view
- The largest bedroom offers access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a true holiday view with no overlooking neighbors
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You will be in close proximity (less than 5 minutes by car) to the beaches of Antibes and Fort Carré, and only 10 minutes to the old town, where you can stroll or go bar hopping.
Some cultural sites such as Fort Carré, Picasso Museum, Archaeology Museum, and even the Postcard Museum are waiting for you in the city center, less than 10 minutes by car.
The ducks at Valmasque Park are just 10 minutes away, and the orcas and dolphins at Marineland Park are accessible in less than 5 minutes.
You can also easily reach nearby cities (Cannes, Juan-Les-Pins, Golfe-Juan) in a few minutes by car along the coast, and the inland villages (Biot and Valbonne in particular) in about ten minutes.
