About this house rental
**This ranch style lake home is spacious and comfortable. There are no stairs in the home. Its open concept boasts a large kitchen with island and granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances which is open to a large livingroom area with two separate seating areas. Four bedrooms consist of 1) king bedroom with master bath-55' tv, 2) queen bed with twin bunk on top, 3) queen bed with 55' tv, 4) 2 bunkbeds twins over fulls. The livingroom has a 65" tv. The second bath is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The third full bathroom is shower only.
**Directly across the street you have Montego Bay Marina where you can rent a pontoon, waverunner or speed boat. We have a great gas dock with snacks, slurpees, beer and drinks. You can also bring your own boat or waverunner. You have access to the swim dock, firepit, pavilion and fishing dock.
**We are located on the 5.5 of the Big Niangua arm of the lake. We are 10 mins from Camdenton for groceries, shopping and restaurants. Within 15-20 mins you can be to local golf, Ha Ha Tonka State Park and additional restaurants/shopping.

The best!!!! Family didn’t want to leave! We brought our own boat was able to get in and out very easy, the marina was perfect for watching the fireworks! Owners so friendly! The house was amazing 6 in our family +2 no one was complaining about space!!! lol ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
