About this cottage rental
This two-story gem offers quick access to Broad Ripple, restaurants and bars, local shops, Butler University and the Monon Trail. Enjoy an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and eating nook. The downstairs also includes a half bathroom and a large bonus step down family room with a couch that turns into a queen size pull-out bed. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. A laundry area is provided in the basement. Fully fenced in yard with mature trees and a fire pit.
The space
Rooms are comfortable offering queen size beds. The couch and table are both comfortable fitting 6-8 along with countertop seating in the kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 6 but room for 8. Fully fenced in backyard for pets and children. Washer and dryer in the basement off the kitchen for access to guests.
Guest access
Access to entire home including the unfinished basement with washer and dryer. Parking available in the front yard parking space and along the street. Recently redone rear patio with grill is great for entertaining!
