- The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, double oven, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, chinaware, and ample counter space. Double doors open to a south-facing garden.

- Bedroom One: A comfortable double bedroom (3.43m x 3.50m) with a standard double bed (135 x 190 cm), built-in wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with shower, WC, and wash basin.
