Excelente localização, sossegado, limpo, bem equipado, anfitriã sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas.
O box do banheiro está com um pequeno vazamento, nada que prejudique a estadia.

A anfitria explica tudo com detalhadamente, passo a passo, reforça novamente mandando msgs no dia, tirando duvidas e deixa avisos no alojamento para a gente não esquecer.
Eu estive no local em dia de domingo, entao o entorno fica bem deserto. Me incomodou um pouco - mas foi tranquilo pq o uber me deixou na porta - e o acesso a portaria e ao alojamento é rápido e facil. Conhecendo um pouco a cidade, em dias de semana isso certamente não será incomodo, porque o comercio funciona normalmente - e é perto de tudo.

A localização é maravilhosa. Pude estar em 25 minutos no centro do Rio de Janeiro/RJ (próximo à estação das barcas) por R$ 5,00. Próximo à lanches, restaurantes, farmácias, shoppings, e achei os arredores bem seguro. O loft atendeu minhas expectativas.
Não me adaptei à cama e não havia cobertor adequado para o frio de 16 graus que eu peguei.
