It was very convenient and the decor was very cute and comfortable.
The futon bed was very small and I couldn’t find a cookie sheet, which I needed for breakfast that we cooked.

This is an upstairs apartment in a residential building. The neighbors are generally quiet although one had a problem parking inside their own parking space. That wasn't a big problem since there were way more parking spaces than there are apartments. The apartment is nicely furnished. Loved the comfort of the chairs and couches. The bed was good. There was an issue with the washer for which the property manager sent someone over to fix it nearly immediately. Great kitchen set up except there were few spoons. Walking distance to Kroger. There is a good food truck very close by. We would stay here again.
As a minor fault, I would say the door code was quite long for a keypad that was also a bit finicky. On the plus side, no one is likely to ever get in without being confident that they are using the right code. It is a bonus security feature I guess. Also, the property management company had the place listed under a different name than what was on the Booking messages. One said Lucky #9 and the other said it was Cloud 9. That made it a little confusing when reporting a maintenance issue.

The place was adorable and very homey. Well stocked with essentials.
Upon arriving when walking in the entire apartment smelled like marijuana so strong that if it hadn’t been so late we may have gone elsewhere.
