It is located in the city center and walking distance to almost all required services. The apartment is well equipped. Best location if you are visiting Alencon for the first time.

L'appartement est grand, lumineux, propre et idéalement situé. Les places de parking réservées juste en bas de l'appartement sont un plus ainsi que l'ascenseur.
Au mois d'Aout, il a fait chaud et pour avoir un peu d'air, il fallait laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Alençon est une ville ou il y a beaucoup de circulation bruyante et les usagers de la route n'ont aucun respect du code de la route (motos grosse cylindrée à fond en pleine nuit, voitures fonçant sans raison autour de la halle au blé...) et donc il y a du bruit à toute heure (bruit qui disparait presque quand on ferme les fenêtres).
