Property is clean, spacious, and within walking distance of both Broadway and the Gultch.
Location is very close to a homeless shelter, a very active railroad, and shower water pressure isn’t great.

What a lovely condo to stay it. Lots of room in the main living area to hang out with our family. We had great communication with our host and appreciated the help we needed to get our accounts set up to receive codes to enter the property. Great location to walk to Broadway, Gulch and restaurants and city life in Nashville, but away from all the noise. We would definitely stay again.
The train that ran behind was a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. And it was a little hard to maneuver out of the parkade exit gate in a truck... Otherwise it was a great location.

The condo was beautiful. Just in the wrong area
Homeless shelter. The biggest one in Tennessee is right out front. Homeless men changing right in front of my 15 year old niece
