I chose the hotel for its proximity to Peterborough where I have family business to attend to. It is conveniently close to the A1 motorway. I was suitably impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the size of the car park, the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, not to mention the reasonableness of the price.
A mini bar fridge would be a welcome addition as I am partial to a yoghourt before going to bed. Apart from that, which is just a personal quibble, I can't think of anything.

I paid for a buffet breakfast the night beforehand and discovered it was cheaper if you did that . Next morning I found out there was no buffet as there wasn’t enough people to warrant it , but it was OK as everything else was available in plenty while the cooked breakfast was plentiful and worth the money
Didn’t like the men sitting outside smoking, I found them intimidating. Also the signage for the rooms could be clearer. We were in room 61 which was next to room 6 which was very confusing.

The hotel was great for our purpose, somewhere to sleep at night whilst visiting friends and family in the area. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and hot, the plates needed to be warmed though.
