The location was not far from Broadway. The room was clean. Customer service helpful. It was quiet am a safe place to stay.
Had a hard time finding the parking garage. Customer service helped us out.
We had to ask for additional towels (which they were reluctant to provide, but did)as we were there from out of state. There were 4 bath towels and one wash cloth. We were there for 6 nights.
There was no toaster or spatula. The washer was loud and only the hot water worked
No view from our location.

It was super cute and comfortable
Very close to Vanderbilt which is why I was in Nashville
Parking was a little hard to find at first. But once I figured it out it was fine.
