Posizione fantastica, proprio di fronte a San Gimignano, su un colle lungo una stradina secondaria molto tranquilla. La propria autovettura va lasciata nel parcheggio lungo la strada, di fronte alla struttura principale. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento a piano terra, con accesso diretto ad un piccolo giardino arredato: la sera ottimo per rinfrescarsi e vedere un bellissimo tramonto. Appartamento completo di tutto, pulito con 3 letti comodissimi e dotato di aria condizionata (caldo e freddo) e di impianto di riscaldamento. Bagno con doccia. Colazione ottima e abbondante, sia salata che dolce, con prodotti diversi ogni giorno. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Vendono anche prodotti dell'agriturismo.

El ruido de la máquina exterior constante y que estaba pegado a la sala de desayuno, por lo que se podía oír todo.

agriturismo sulle colline di Ulignano, molto tranquillo, immerso nei vigneti con visuale splendida! La sig.ra Grazia ci ha accolto e preparato la colazione tutte le mattine, con varietà! appartamento pulito e confortevole!

The view was really absolutely beautiful and it was a bonus that we had a small bar fridge in our room to keep essentials and cold drinks. The aircon was great.
If you are from SA and expect a full english or healthy breakfast as part of the B&B, then this is not the place for you - continental (cake, bread, yogurt etc). The allocated swimming hours from 8am - 8pm is a little stifling as the sun sets so late. We expected more of a family sit down vibe with home cooked Italian meal, but unfortunately was not what we had hoped for.
