L’appartement de l’étage n•2 est moderne avec tous les équipements nécessaire. Proche aéroport et luxexpo. Place de parking intérieur pratique.

La literie est confortable mais il manque des oreillers supplémentaires. Le canapé lit mérite d’être changé car peu confortable si plus d’une nuit et l’accoudoir est cassé. Pensez à mettre des patins sous les meubles car les bouger est bruyant pour les voisins car l’insonorisation est légère. Bruit de la route et des avions car au dessus du couloir aérien. Porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir. Pensez à prendre ses produits de toilette car seulement un shampooing à disposition . Pensez à refixer les prises de courant au mur peut être dangereux si on ne fait pas attention.

A very nice place with plenty of amenities provided. Communication with the manager, Dany, was excellent — even when I had to call at midnight, I received an immediate response. The location is great, almost in the middle of a forest, which makes it very peaceful. At the same time, there is a bus stop nearby and a convenient street that leads directly to the city center.

Cleanliness was an issue. When I arrived, the cleaning lady was still working. I told her I wasn’t in a hurry so she could finish, but since she didn’t speak English, she ended up leaving early. As a result, the floors remained dirty throughout my entire stay. In the middle of my stay, I requested cleaning as well as fresh bed sheets and towels. Everything was replaced except for the cleaning itself — the floors were still as dirty as before. I probably wouldn’t have written this review if I hadn’t noticed on the last day that a mop rag was being dried under the bed sheets (see attached photo). This might not bother everyone, but I found it quite shocking and unpleasant. The bathroom sink is very small and not very practical. The walls are thin, so noise travels easily. One night, teenagers on the floor below started a party at 11 pm, and I could hear every beat. I had to call management, and to their credit, they handled it quickly and the music was turned off almost immediately. However, the group continued talking loudly until around 5 am, so I would recommend bringing earplugs. Lastly, the entrance door keys were still being manufactured (which is understandable as the locks had been changed after a previous guest lost a key), so we had to use the garage entrance throughout our stay.
