Paris Home Collection Serviced Apartments in Opéra - Rue Saint-Lazare

1. Secure and quiet place The place is in a busy area but surprisingly quiet, as the apartments are not in the building facing the street. 3 codes needed to access, feeling very secured. The building is mainly used for business purpose, only floor 4 and 5 have serviced apartments it seems 2. Access to many transportation There is RER E nearly at door step, which leads to Gare du Nord by just one stop, quicker even than taxi based on my own experience. There is Auber RER A very close, getting easily to Disneyland and Gare de Lyon. Metro 14 also very close with lifts. I also used Metro 9 when back from Eiffel tower, also a station close by 3. Printemps and Lafayette near by 4. The apartment has lift and air con, they even gave some iced still water, sparkling water and cocacola in the fridge, saved my day on arrival 5. The facility is very good, everything one might need can be found in apartment, there is also a daily cleaning service 6. They have an online portal which gives you all necessary information about the apartment 7. Dedicated customer service will contact you on whatsapp. There is a brochure inside the apartment which has a phone number you can call, note that down as it’s not on the web portal. 8. Late check out might be available but need to check with them the evening before check out, customer service is perfect and all reasonable requests were considered

Easy access. Good amenities. Enjoyed our stay. Suitable for families. Staff was helpful am excellent. If youre looking for a place this is great one. Price could have been lower but all in all our experience was very positive.

Not the easiest access to the building, but its manageable. Given youre in Paris I reckon thats normal.

-Nicely decorated apartment -Good location, 1 min from Printemps and train station -Daily towel change and garbage disposal -they have lockers where you can leave your luggage

-Terrible check in experience. We spent more than 1 hour to try and check in. The key to the apartment is hidden in a locker with no handles so you do not know where to look. When we finally found the key, the door was still locked at the top, with a code that they did not provide to us from the beginning. They generated it there on the spot and gave it to us. If we have had a midnight flight, we would have slept in the streets!! - the apartment is mostly dirty and not thoroughly cleaned at all !! - we had daily housekeeping but they only changed towels and threw out the garbage, but did not actually clean the apartment. - no flexibility! check out is at 11 AM which is absurd since normally 12:00 is a decent check out time especially since check in is at 15:00 pm -noisy apartment due to wooden windows, but this is common in all of Paris - the building is under renovations on the inside. So a lot of dust and noise -not enough mirrors in the apartment and the lighting is quite poor
