Located in beautiful Limburg is this beautiful duplex house for 2 people. The house is very spacious with a huge bedroom with an open bathroom. Attached to the bedroom is a cosy balcony where you can wake up and at the front of the house is a small terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The house is very spacious and comfortably furnished
The property is located in a small village in beautiful Limburg. The surroundings are perfect for beautiful walking and cycling trips. In spring, you can enjoy the beautiful blossom in the Blossom Region. If you fancy a day out, the beautiful city of Maastricht is highly recommended. Enjoy a drink on the Vrijthof square or in one of the cosy cafés or restaurants in the city. But the Belgian side also has plenty of beauty. In Genoels there is a beautiful wine castle
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

Huge, open space which felt very generous for just two guests. Nice, high quality furnishings and tasteful, rather original decorative items. Just one thing that has to mentioned: The building has no noise insulation whatsoever (same volume of outside noise as if a window was permanently open) and is located directly at an intersection of three roads with particularly noisy road surfaces. Occasionally, an airport approach is routed overhead.
