About this apartment rental
Unique view of the city. Excellent location close to Castillo de chapultepec and reforma, both 4 blocks away. 3 floor apartment 4 rooms. In the building gymnasium and pool. Private Roof garden with jacuzzi inside the flat. Arriving and departing time are flexible. Long stay discount also available. Other services available on request.

Cesar was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The video that was sent with the door code was wrong but the housekeeper was there and provided the correct access number. Building security was great and staff very helpful.Some things that need to be improved:stairs need to have railings installed. Stairs are windy and dangerous and would be safer with railings.Sheets for beds didn't fit and came off the corners during the night which was frustrating. Better fitting and quality sheets needed.Windows were extremely dirty due to being located in a high traffic area and smog in CDMX.

The good: nice secure building; big apartment; very responsive owner; and great access to Condessa and Roma neighborhoods. Now for the not so good: only 3 out of the 4 bedrooms were habitable (the rooftop bedroom was dubbed the "dirt room" by our kids because of mold); thought long and hard about asking for a partial refund as it put a hardship on our family as one of us had to sleep on a couch; the apartment is not safe for little kids or the elderly is it is a triplex with dicey staircases and low railings on the balconies; despite a great view of the park and castle, one of the biggest disappointment that did not come through in the description was that the apartment sits right over a very busy highway and the noise was really annoying making it very difficult to sleep at night; the apartment was not sparkly clean upon arrival but the host and housekeeper did there best to make it right in the end. For the price we would have expected nicer sheets, towels, bathroom facilities. While the host was extremely responsive and nice (as was the housekeeper (who made us a very nice meal) I have a hard time recommending this property/
