About this house rental
This home has a 30 day booking requirement due to local rules. This classic Tahoe chalet offers a rare opportunity to rent a waterfront home with boat slip providing quick access to the lake while being 15 minutes from Heavenly for the Winter. The open great room features vaulted ceilings with great views & sunlight, gas fireplace, living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room opens to a large deck with hot tub, views of Mt Tallac and boat slip. Downstairs are two guest bedrooms and full bathroom. Upstairs is the spacious primary suite that overlooks the water and features the second full bathroom. Enjoy bikes rides to Richardson Bay or go for Ice Cream with the kids, there is also great single track mountain bike riding up Mt Tahoe or around Fallen Leaf Lake. The house is central to a number of both summer and winter activities.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Chalet. The home was clean and ready to use (kayaks, hot tub, etc.) when we checked in. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Great location with access to the lake. Looking forward to our next stay.
