For shared use: property, garden 40 m2. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 280 m, railway station 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Ski lift 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Oberhof 15 km.
"Erna", 2-room apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2022, practical furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 fold-away bed, dining table and cable TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed and cable TV (flat screen). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Bath/shower/WC. Gas heating. Covered balcony, sitting area. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
