The room was great spacious and light thanks god there was a fan it was hard to sleep with thd heat. It’s a shame I only found there was a kitchen on the last day!

The glass shelf in the bathroom wasn’t clean and the mugs were dirty still with coffee and sugar from the last guests. The area is really unkempt.

Clean and modern Great pizza shop a couple of doors down I requested a double room but got a twin which wasn’t ideal but the beds pushed together and they were super comfortable and everything was really clean and accessible.

Located in what appeared to be a fairly rough area. I was worried about my car overnight but it was all ok. Bars on the window of the property for security and it was a self check in which I didn’t know at the time of booking.

It was convenient for my meeting venue at Turf Moor Stadium, and the town centre. Access was easy

Yeh, did not live up to the hyperbolic listing or its own website. Shower leaked extensively, bin had been strategically placed to cover the mouldy hole. Wardrobe was literally a filing cupboard (no, not upcycled…) and vertical blinds from when it was converted from offices… Had to use the extra towels to mop up water. Front door mostly on the catch to allow the guys smoking weed to get in and out easily… that did, though, help with the smell of the detergent on the bedding. Tbf, the staff were lovely and friendly.
