Big room, comfortable bed.
Woken up by noisy people entering building between 1 and 2 am. Room was cold in the night. Towels were damp before use.

“Apart from receiving a number of courtesy emails, there wasn’t much else I particularly liked during my stay.”
The maintenance of the building was very poor. The entrance floor was broken, and the window restrictor in my room was also broken. The television was a complete disappointment — not only was it dusty, but it wasn’t even connected to Freeview or any channels, making it useless. The remote barely worked either, but given there were no channels, it hardly mattered.
The pillows were of very poor quality and completely flat, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower cubicle was badly designed — the door could not be opened properly because it hit the WC, leaving barely any room to get in or out.
Overall, the stay was very unsatisfactory and fell far below expectations.
