Great location relative to the centre of Birmingham with lots of space and is good value. Also very clean.
If you're a larger group looking for somewhere to stay near the centre I'd recommend this place.
Nothing major really. There is parking outside the property but, it's open for anyone to park there not just residents.
We all did comfortably park nearby though so this wasn't an issue just something worth mentioning. Wouldn't let this put you off staying.

Spacious, clean, close to town

This house was in a great location for the concert we went to and it was great to walk so quickly back afterwards instead of queue in traffic. The house is super spacious and much more so than it looks in the photos. It is obviously recently renovated and the decor is very modern, all carpets are new and clean. The bathrooms are very good and modern. The whole house was cleaned to a high standard.
The beds are quite poor and we could feel the springs in the mattresses easily. OK for one night but would not want to stay for more than a few nights due to this. One of the beds in the twin room has clearly been broken in the past and the efforts to fix it are quite poor - it really need to be replaced. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped e.g. there was one small pairing knife but thats it, and only a few glasses suitable to drink wine. Again not an issue as we were only there for one night but would have been if we were there for longer. The house is in an area where there is lots of building going on, so diggers woke us up at about 7.30am. Having said all this, we would still come back if we needed somewhere to stay after a gig as the location is brilliant for access to gas street area.

The parking is horrible around the area. The property is on street that allows parking but it's always full. There is a construction site at the end of the street with trucks coming in and out of the narrow road. I can't get close to the street and we end up carrying our suitcases to another street.
