The location and access to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. The responsiveness of management to problems and clean facilities. BTW, I have been staying at this facility off and on since July 2025.
The weather, but management can't do a lot about that.

Our room was clean.
House was extremely untidy.
No utensils or crockery in kitchen.
Only 1 towel provided.
Host was unaware of our booking and upon arrival acknowledge our booking and transferred us to an alternate address, some 8 minutes away.
