Das Haus, vor allem die Schlafzimmer, waren individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Der Schlafkomfort der Betten war sehr gut die Handtücher waren hochwertig.
Jedes der vier Schlafzimmer hatte eine Waschgelegenheit und Badewanne oder Dusche.
Es gab zwei separate Toiletten im Haus. Bei voller Belegung wäre dies etwas wenig.
Die Küche war mit den gängigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Auch hier war die Einrichtung geschmackvoll.
Es war eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Dies war für unsere Gruppe sehr unpraktisch. Da würde z.B. eine Frenchpress oder normale Kaffeemaschine Abhilfe schaffen.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Kamin und Fernseher. Im Vergleich zum Rest des sehr hübschen Hauses fanden wir dies weniger ansprechend.
Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber!
Die Lage ist fussläufig zum netten Stadtzentrum.
Es wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau!!
Fehlende Kaffeemaschine, Brotmesser, Eierbecher, Sofa.
Bestuhlter Aussenbereich.

De sfeer, de locatie, rustige ligging, gratis parkeren, elke kamer een eigen badkamer. Erg schoon.
Miste (ivm kerstdiner) wat dingen in de keuken. Gelukkig hadden we zelf (staaf)mixer etc mee. Maar grote messen zouden fijn zijn geweest.
Verder heel compleet ingericht!
Wellicht van tevoren aangeven dat afval gescheiden moet worden. Kwamen wij pas achter door mailtje wat we krijgen op de laatste dag.

The location was very good. As a result we had some interesting experiences, such as the car which crashed and rolled closing town access for many hours,! It was a nightmare for those who wished to be on the other side of the crash, as they had to make a many kilometre detour around the crash site. This being the only road into Dinant. One of the beauties or problems of a town built onto the edge of a rock wall beside a river.
Beds were comfortable.
Quirky furnishings in the living area.
View of the river from the living area. Good location to pop into france. People watching.
Walks along the river.
We didn't mind being on the main road into Dinant.
NO AIRCONDITIONING

It was soooo hot during our first week. The front glass door let in a lot of heat and the afternoon/evening sun burned into the windows. Including onto the poor fridge which struggled.
Yes it was incredibly hot, and not normal weather for Dinant, but it is what the new normal is going to be.
The kitchen facilities were basic.
There was no broom, brush and shovel, floor mop ie. barely anything to clean with. We booked four bedrooms. Luckily we only needed two as we needed more towels than were provided. Also the top floor bedrooms were too hot to use. The fan provided was not sufficient and the had balustrade to the top was rickety and loose. There is no toilet on the top floor, so if you usually go to the toilet in the night you have to descend the staircase which feels unsafe in the middle of the day.
Information on the planned closure of the main road, on the day we arrived would have been useful.
