    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay – The Best Hotel in Roscommon I’ve stayed in several hotels in Roscommon over the years, including Abbey Hotel and Gleeson's Townhouse, but Coachmans Inn Hotel is by far the best of them all. From the moment you arrive, the difference is clear. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive — nothing feels forced. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and you actually get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast deserves a special mention — easily the best in the area. Fresh, well-cooked, generous portions, and served with a smile. It puts other local hotels to shame. The location is also spot on: convenient, easy to access, and ideal whether you’re staying for business or leisure. In comparison, the Abbey feels dated and overpriced, and while Gleesons is decent, it’s very similar to what’s already available. The Coachmans Inn stands out clearly above the rest in comfort, value, food, and service. If you’re staying in Roscommon, don’t overthink it — The Coachmans Inn is the one to book.
