l'appartamento era nuovo, pulito e molto confortevole. dotato di tutti gli utensili necessari per la cucina ed in ottima posizione centrale ma silenziosa
non era presente sapone in bagno a causa a quanto pare di un danno dei precedenti inquilini e l'acqua calda non durava il tempo di due docce

clean and great location right in the center of Chioggia
The extra bed was a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable with hard parts jutting out. The appartment is very small all in one room, but has everything you need.

Posizione incredibile, proprio in centro a Chioggia, la vista sul canale dalla finestra, il bagno e la doccia, c'era tutto il necessario.

Die Lage ist wirklich großartig, hellhörig wie in der gesamten Altstadt, aber perfekt, um fußläufig in jedes Eck der Stadt zu gelangen.
Das Badezimmer ist wunderschön und es gibt in der Unterkunft alles, was man für einen kurzaufenthalt benötigt.
Es war sauber, die Bettwäsche war sehr ordentlich.
Der Vermieter war nett und sofort sehr bemüht, als wir ihn bei einem Problem um Hilfe gebeten haben.
Wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung. Offenbar war das Zimmer vor unserem Aufenthalt länger nicht vermietet und es war eiskalt. Die Klimaanlage musste durchgehend auf Heizung laufen und das Gebläse in der Nacht war störend. Die Leistung war nicht ausreichend, die erste Nacht aufzuheizen und wir mussten mit Pullovern und Schals schlafen.
Im Badezimmer gibt es ein kleines Gebläse. Ich denke, die Wohnung ist in den warmen Monaten perfekt, im Winter sollte vielleicht eine Infrarotheizung installiert werden.
