La proprietaria è super gentile, ci ha aspettati personalmente per consegnarci le chiavi ed accompagnarci in camera. L'alloggio è nuovo, ben arredato e ben attrezzato, il posto ideale per un soggiorno in coppia o con bambini

- Strategisch günstige Lage (wenige Schritte zum Meer)
- Wohnung direkt an einer Bahnstrecke (nicht sehr laut, aber bemerkbar)

- la posizione: è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia
- la pulizia: tutto veramente pulito e curato anche nei minimi dettagli
- l'oste: Linda è veramente gentile e disponibile
- i vicini: gentili e cordiali
La finestra della camera da letto affaccia sui binari ferroviari, con le finestre aperte potrebbe risultare un po' rumoroso. Ma garantiamo che con finestre chiuse -c'è anche il condizionatore - ed eventualmente tappi per le orecchie non sarà un problema, anche perché di notte passeranno due treni al massimo.

Appartamento molto pulito e organizzato nei particolari...proprietaria molto gentile e premurosa..letto molto comodo, all'interno di una palazzina interna nella località di Pegli... nelle vicinanze ottimi Bar per fare gustose colazioni anche con la famosissima focaccia!
Purtroppo si sentiva il passaggio dei treni che per fortuna di notte non transitano. comunque basta usare eventualmente un paio di buoni tappi per superare il problema..
