Our ‘Morgensonne’ holiday flat in Gutach im Breisgau is in a quiet and somewhat secluded location in a rural street - surrounded by woods and meadows, ideal for hiking, cycling tours to Waldkirch or Freiburg and motorbike tours in the Black Forest.
The approx. 42 m² accommodation was renovated at the beginning of 2025 and has a separate bedroom with soundproof windows. There you will find a 1.60 x 2.00 m box-spring bed, a wardrobe, a cosy ottoman and a Swiss stone pine-clad ceiling, which ensures a pleasant scent and restful sleep.
The oiled oak parquet floor offers additional comfort.
Bed linen, towels and, on request, a cot and high chair are included. The holiday flat offers space for four people and a baby or toddler.
In the living and dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, coffee, tea, spices, vinegar and oil. A high-quality sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) offers two additional sleeping places. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, shelves, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
High-speed WiFi and smart TVs with streaming services are available in both living rooms. A communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer can also be used.
Baskets, bowls and towels are available for dogs (max. 2). The flat has a covered terrace with seating lounge, barbecue (lotus or electric barbecue) and a car park with electric charging station.
Shopping facilities are available in Bleibach, 3 km away. From there you can reach Waldkirch and Freiburg by train. The KONUS guest card allows free travel by bus and train as well as free admission to the surrounding outdoor swimming pools.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
