Aerial Villa spans four levels and 500 m2, offering a smart layout that ensures privacy for all guests. It accommodates up to 12 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms, with the option to host 14 by adding 2 folding beds in the playroom.

We had a truly wonderful holiday at Villa Aerial. The villa met all our expectations, and the photos were accurate. Each of the bedrooms was of a high standard, and the private, beautifully designed bathrooms added extra comfort. The living areas opened directly onto the pool area, offering stunning views of the sea and the city. The villa was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. Daily cleaning added a touch of luxury, and Katerina fulfilled all our wishes regarding housekeeping. Additionally, the etouri service (which takes care of guests' needs during the stay) offered the possibility to book restaurant reservations and other services during the holiday. There were a few shops and tavernas nearby, and the old town of Rethymnon was about a 10-minute drive away.We can wholeheartedly recommend this villa, and we truly hope to return ourselves one day

We were a group of 10 adults from Jersey, UK and Germany. The villa was well equipped with a great outdoor BBQ area and drinks fridge. Superb views, and pool was amazing. The outdoor sunbeds were quality and very comfortable. The bedrooms, bedding, linens, beach towels, showers were all of top grade.
It’s in a great locationwith bakery, butchers and supermarket all in walking distance.
It was easy to get into Rethymno by taxi or by bus.
The Etouri team were brilliant, a big thank you to Nikos and Caterina for taking good care of us. We used Cretan taxis to shuttle us from the airport and we rented a car from Rethymno for a few days from best cars! Thanks to Etouri for recommending them, we received a great service.

This is an amazing villa that totally lives up to the photos. It is beautifully presented with amazing outdoor spaces. Unlike some villas there is sufficient sunbeds and seating indoors and out for 12. The host is incredibly welcoming and left us some lovely local goodies and basic supplies. I hadn’t appreciated that the villa also came with a daily cleaner - the lovely Katarina who was unobtrusive and made sure the villa always looked superb. All 6 bedrooms are lovely. The top floor 6th room is a little restricted with the height in the shower so definitely a room for a shorter adult. Incredible place to stay and the villa manager Etouri were really helpful.
