We had an amazing stay at this vacation house! Gerhard, the owner, warmly welcomed us upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The house boasts four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is fantastic, featuring a cozy lounge group and a dining area, sun beds, and a large pool perfect for relaxing. The kids loved it! Situated on top of a hill, the property offers a scenic view of the village and bay. I can highly recommend this gem for a perfect getaway!

The villa is clearly new and furnished/equipped to a really good standard. It's location is great - half an hour from Split airport and an easy drive. Sat above the village with a great view of the valley and sea, so peaceful and private but the village and beach are still close by. The pool is perfect for entertaining the younger ones or just cooling down in the afternoon.
The beach is walkable, but the hill would make it a hot walk back - we took the easy option and drove. Parking wasn't a problem even on the busiest afternoon. The beach is stone rather than sand but with a padded mat, comfy enough and there were loungers and umbrellas for hire at reasonable rates. The sea is as clear as you'll find anywhere and there were always boats in and out to catch the eye.
It's a small village - shopping and eating out is limited but was plenty for a quiet week away. If you have a car, Marina, Trogir and Split are all close enough to mix it up but if you're lazy like us, sit back and enjoy the pool!
