Basement is currently under construction but the shower bath is functional. Just enjoy the of waterfall and read a book. Privacy fence around rear yard for your smoking pleasure. You're only a couple of miles from a lot of fine dining and dancing , quality art and more on the Avenue of Fashions (7 mile /& Livernois). Also, only 10 minutes from downtown Detroit where there is plenty to do. Enjoy the river walk and more.

This is the first property I have stayed in where someone lives there the rest of the time. With a lot of family members arriving at different times, letting everyone know what we brought and what was already there was a challenge. (sorry for missing waters host) There was an awful lot of mirrors around. House was very clean, host was very responsive. Parking is limited. 2 small cars off street maybe. Street was pretty full for other parking, and our giant truck was a bit big for the older city lot spacing. Large clean fluffy towels provided at all beds, in all the rooms. Kitchen was a bit of a struggle.

When we booked we were told that the kitchen was still under construction but the whole house really is. The beds were nice & comfortable. When we arrived we didn’t have no tissue, paper towels, trash bags, & barely any hand soap. The host said she would bring some out she NEVER showed up to the house. Complained a little about how cold it was in the house for my family and nothing was done about it the heat gag is locked up. Over the host gave us free wine to drink that was there already. The neighbor is great and close to downtown. Nice size for big families.
