About this apartment rental
Its tiny size makes the mountain village of Carezza the more magical. Strictly speaking it forms part of Nova Levante, but Carezza offers tourists and visitors much more besides: not just because of the legendary Lago di Carezza, but also because of its wonderful location between Nova Levante and the Costalunga Pass, in the midst of the beautiful Latemar forest, where hiking trails abound, the Latemar massif watches impressively over all and - if you so desire – the village life and even the bustling city of Bolzano are not so far away.
Holidaymakers staying in the village – which has fewer than 100 inhabitants – are practically next door to the lake, but also to the Carezza Golf Course. There are mountain peaks, forests, bike trails or - in winter - the ski slopes waiting to be conquered. Or simply sit by the lake and let yourself be inspired, as once were Agatha Christie and Karl May: with its hotels, apartments and bed and breakfasts , Carezza is the perfect place to stay!
Larger ski resorts such as Pozza di Fassa are only 12 km away.
Casa Carezza (4 Pers.)
Casa Carezza is a beautiful flat furnished in mountain style, located on the ground floor of a single house divided into two flats. The flat consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette. Outside, guests have access to a small garden with deckchairs.
If the kitchenette is not returned cleaned (dishes washed and put back, rubbish taken away, sink and kitchen furniture wiped clean), there is a €50.00 charge for this extra cleaning.
