It suited our needs very well. Nicely situated and close to the subway and stores. The house was comfortable. And we very much enjoyed the Indian restaurant Rangrez!

Positives: great area, bedrooms in good condition, clear communication. Location 5 mins from Hammersmith bus and tube station with access to multiple lines. Very close to the trendy river area with exceptional restaurants.
Negatives: cleanliness of general areas not at same standard as bedrooms. 5 bedrooms but 1 smallish living area with seating that is far from sturdy or comfortable. Stairs across 3 floors with unsturdy bannisters and in one case, missing components. Kitchen table hard to fit people around and also use facilities. Toilet door on incoming level doesn’t close properly. Attention to these repairs is needed.
