Large remodeled home centrally located in the much sought after St. Matthews/Crescent Hill area Beautiful remodeled kitchen, large deck and private patio overlooking large, private back yard. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Close to downtown, Churchill Downs, Bourbon Trail, river, parks and many other great Louisville attractions. Louisville is known for it's wonderful eclectic restaurant and bar scene. And this house will put you right in the middle of it all!

What a beautiful home in a great location! We had such a fabulous time with our adult children and their spouses - incredible memories were made! The host responded to questions quickly. The house had everything we needed to spend 4 great days in Louisville.

Erik was great at communicating and giving us suggestions on where to eat. The pictures did not do justice as to how beautiful the home is. The house was warm and welcoming. Erik even went beyond and left us a gift basket for the Derby. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Erik
