This beautifully refurbished (August 2023) detached bungalow offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set in a quiet residential area just a 7-minute walk from Padstow Harbour. Ideal for families and couples, the property is pet friendly and features a fully enclosed garden with plenty of lawn space for children and dogs to enjoy.

The home has been fully modernized over the past 14 months to create a bright, open-plan living space with a sociable, airy layout. It’s both energy-efficient and comfortable year-round, thanks to underfloor heating via air source heat pump, a wood burner, improved insulation, and solar panels with battery storage. Hot water is supplied by PV solar, backed up by the heat pump.

Excellent quiet location, just a few minutes walk to Padstow Harbour. Great communication from the owners. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay away from home. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Would highly recommend.

Perfect and beautiful property x stayed with our little sausage dog for Christmas. The home is stunning with everything you could need . Beautiful welcome pack , even had Christmas decs . Really stunning house and decorations and facilities . We really did have the perfect Christmas . Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. . Thank you

Absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful bungalow. The accommodation layout was perfect for us, with large open plan living, spacious bedrooms and en-suites/bathroom allowing teens (and us) our own privacy. Owners have thought of all the little extras that make the stay easy - coffee pods, logs, oil & spices, washing liquid etc…. . It really was home from home. We will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks very much
