The Residence Club's residences feature elegant interior designs created to mimic that of a vacation home in Rosemary Beach, Florida. There are three types of residences; all feature a gourmet kitchen, great room with wood flooring and fireplace. The three-bedroom Park Street residences include a small balcony with view of the lake and Park Street. The four-bedroom Lakeview residences include an expansive balcony with dining space for you to enjoy a meal while gazing over the sparkling lake at sunset . For maximum relaxation and ample space, stay in the four-bedroom Veranda residence, also with an expansive balcony, beautifully furnished for supreme dining and lounging.
Regardless of the season, Carlton Landing offers countless activities and adventures. The Marina and Boat Club provides access to beautiful Lake Eufaula during the summer season, while the many hiking trails are excellent during the fall. We had a small sorority reunion and had a wonderful time! The condo we had initially rented was sold just days before we were scheduled to arrive. LakeStay was terrific in notifying us and immediately had other properties from which we were able to select an alternate location. The property I selected was not only beautiful, but also very clean, well apportioned and extremely comfortable. The accommodations couldn’t have been better and LakeStay was excellent! The location of this rental can’t be beat! Beautifully decorated and amazing views. The location is so convenient to the community pool, lake, the Meeting House, and Mama Tigs. A great stay! Hope to be back!

This was our second trip to Carlton Landing and to this particular unit. Would love to try a cottage in the fall, but for summer, love how close the unit is to the water, pool, beach, pizza, etc. The unit is great for our family of 7. Highly recommend.
